BBQR's Delight Pellet Grill Fuel is a premium food grade wood pellet fuel for smokers. Oak wood is used as the base of the wood blend to provide consistent, clean burning low-ash heat without imparting a strong flavour. Apple, cherry, hickory, mesquite, oak, pecan, or sugar maple is added to create the desired flavour for your smoke.
Wood Varieties
Hickory, is the most widely used and recognized wood. It's traditionally used to flavour bacon.
Mesquite, has a distinct spicy flavour associated with southwestern BBQing.
Oak, has the heaviest smoke giving your meat a deep smoked color without imparting a strong flavour.
Pecan, has a milder and sweeter flavour than hickory but with a nutty after-taste.
