Ball joint for positioning

Rotate and swivel the SysLite to direct light where required. The large thumb screw secures the positioning so it won't move, and is large enough to be operated easily with gloves.

Magnetic base with rubber cover

A pattern of rare-earth magnets provides secure attachment to ferrous surfaces including corner bead, steel and cast iron surfaces. A rubber coating protects surfaces from damage and keeps the adapter from slipping.

Steel attachment plate included

For attachment to non-ferrous surfaces, a steel plate is included that can be attached with a single screw. Ideal for use on ladders or wooden cabinets or shop fixtures.

Pass through slot for a clamp

The pass-through window in the base allows a Festool FS Clamp to be used to clamp the adapter to non-ferrous materials such as wood studs or fibreglass ladders.

1/4-20 threaded stud

The common thread allows the SysLite to be quickly attached to the adapter. This is the same thread used for most cameras, so may be used with other items as well.
