1,500 square inches of cooking space

Whether smoking, baking, roasting or grilling for yourself or a crowd, there is ample space for everything. The main cooking surface is comprised of two 24 x 21 inch grates, and the included 18.75 x 32.5 inch second level slide-out shelf even more room.

Controlling and monitoring technology

Adaptive Control System includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, and a custom-coded microprocessor provides reliable set-and-forget usability. The temperature can be set from 150 to 600 degrees Fahrenheit in 5 degree increments.

Two food probes, dual door thermometers, and probe port on hopper side allow temperature monitoring, and a variable displacement damper creates different heat zones on the main cooking grate.

Large 20 pound hopper

Fill the hopper with one whole bag of pellets, for less frequent refills and no need to store partial bags. A ceramic ignition system makes starting it an easy, and the chamber is insulated to ensure safe temperatures.

User-friendly features

Stay cool handles, counter weighted door, and grease drain make operating the grill comfortable and pleasant. 8 inch pneumatic casters make moving the grill easy.
