Using Clampzilla saves you time, money, and a whole lot of stress. Where you’d normally need two bar clamps, two “F” clamps, and a set of cauls, Clampzilla replaces all of that. Instead of adjusting four screws, a single turn of the Clampzilla’s screw applies both vertical and horizontal pressure at once. Boards come into alignment as they come together, eliminating the race against the clock before the glue starts to set.

Woodpeckers Clampzilla is adaptable for thick or thin workpieces

Clampzilla works with material from 5/8 inch to 4 inches thick. For thinner panels, you can simply sandwich your workpiece between a couple of 3/4 inch spacers and still benefit from Clampzilla’s centred clamping pressure - even on material as thin as 1/4 inch or less. There’s no longer any need for end spacers on thicker jobs either, thanks to the redesigned scissors joint.

Tested to the limit

Clampzilla’s strength is no exaggeration. During testing, it took a three-foot cheater bar and all the muscle of the product developer to break the Acme-threaded clamping screw. It was applying more than 6,500 pounds of pressure at the time - and it kept clamping with full force even after the screw broke at the handle.
