Based on the proven design of the Classic X adapted for battery powered operation, the Classic X Cordless Biscuit Joiner provides speed, versatility, and convenience for joinery and assembly. The precision machine creates a 4mm groove which accepts a wide range of connectors for permanent, self-clamping, and detachable capabilities.

Classic X Biscuit Joiner delivers speed and accuracy

The Lamello joining system uses a stable and reliable disc cutter which ensures groove are always parallel and precise regardless of plunge speed or grain density variances and knots. Further, the cutting depth of both components is the same, so adjustments don't need to be made during the process, resulting is faster processing with less to keep track of in your head.

Slots provide a lateral tolerance so you can work more quickly without positioning aids and stops that require careful alignment, and you have more room for adjustment in the critical assembly stage. When creating mitre joints, the adjustable fence allows perfection by positioning the machine against the exterior show surface and stabilizing the machine in a vertical position.

Flexible joinery system

Due to the low profile system groove, workpieces 8 to 10mm thick can be joined at any angle. Many different materials can be joined including wood, wood products, and composite materials with Lamello's wooden or plastic biscuits. If a detachable joint is desired for storage or transport, the Clamex S fittings are your answer.
