Tormek's Sharpening Jig for Knives ensure symmetrical bevels with the same angle on both sides of the knife regardless of blade thickness or geometry, without needing to adjust the jig.
For blades up to 10 millimetres (3/8 inch) thick. Fits most knives including chef knives, cleavers, hunting and fishing knives, and craft knives in addition to straight drawknives and straight pruning shears.
Minimum blade length 60 millimetres (2 3/8 inches), and minimum blade width is 12 millimetres (1/2 inch). Use with Tormek's SVM-00 Small Knife Holder for smaller knives.
The jig rests freely on the Universal Support so you can follow the curve of the blade.
Replaces SVM-45.
